What is a stain and the difference between a spot and a stain?

A spot is when a customer drops food spills and that becomes a spot on the carpet. A bleach becomes a stain because it changes the pigment of the carpet fiber. When ever a customer tries to remove the spilled spot by themselves using the wrong product that spot could turn in to a stain just like the bleach have changed the pigment of the carpet fiber. It is better for you to leave it alone and let the professional take care of your spots. You may turn them in to stains and stains most likely may or may not come out.
