Deep Carpet Cleaning Price

• Minimum work $200 (up to 3 areas, an area is any room up to 150 sqft)

What includes in our deep cleaning:

• Pre-vacuum-Pre-spray-Deodorizer (very lightly) 
• Spot/stain treatment (limited)
• Water softener to leave the fibers soft and fluffy
• Ph balance to make sure no sticky residue is left so the carpets won't re-soil quickly -Extraction with steamy water
• carpets dry in 2-6 hours

Pet Package will have an additional cost, please call for pricing:

• pet stain removal (any stain that has settled can't be removed).
• pet odour eliminator (in most cases the pet odour will be gone, however in some extreme conditions the pet urine odours may be reduced significantly) 

Extra soil or time consuming stains(ink, paint, kids' playdoh, nail polish etc) will have an additional cost, please call for pricing:

• We will treat the challenging stains, stains are not guaranteed to be removed.
• For extra soil and dirt(dirty rentals) we will take our time to pre-scrub to make the job right.
